Longview, Texas — Centris Information Services announced the opening of its second Mexico-based call center to be located in Aguascalientes Mexico. “With the addition of this new call center we will enhance the diversity of our call center network providing better reliability – addressing weather and telecommunications related challenges that may occur from time to time.” said Jamie Maddox, CEO of Centris.
With the addition of the Aguascalientes call center, Centris will now have more than 700 agent stations available via this location and Centris’ two other call center sites located in Monterrey Mexico and Longview Texas.
Almost 70% of all Hispanic consumers in the United States are from Mexico. “We believe that Mexico offers the best bilingual (English/Spanish) agents available to service the US customer service marketplace. As a general rule, 75% or more of our customer service agents in Mexico have either lived or gone to school in the United States. They understand the culture and the customer in the US. This is an important difference from call centers based in either the Philippines or India.” said Mr. Maddox.
Headquartered in Longview Texas, Centris is an outsource contact center company that helps its customers grow their business by providing high quality bilingual call center operations at a reasonable price via onshore or near shore operations.
Centris specializes in bilingual customer service, customer retention, sales and tech support programs.
