Our highest priorities are the health and safety of our Centris family and fully supporting our clients. We want to let you know that Centris has been proactively putting forth our contingency plan in regards to the COVID-19 virus facing the world today.
Here are some of the prevention measures that are currently being utilized in our Monterrey Mexico, Aguascalientes Mexico, and Longview Texas facilities:
- We are reinforcing the “stay at home if you’re sick” policy throughout our entire organization
- High touch surfaces such as doorknobs and fingerprint scanners are sanitized multiple times a day
- Centris has tripled the number of personnel dedicated to cleaning and sanitizing each facility thoroughly
- Centris supervisors are monitoring staff team members to actively catch early symptoms, such as coughing, fever, or shortness of breath
- We have established and are enforcing a no-touching culture, which includes handshaking and hugging
- We are following the “6-foot-rule” for projects that are unable to be transitioned to home-based agents
- We are working with healthcare professionals at each facility to screen employees as necessary. Employees that exhibit symptoms will be sent home
- We are following the current guidelines put in place by the CDC on a daily basis
Centris also provides a work-from-home model for employees, as a redundancy, to ensure no disruption to our clients.
With these precautions in place, we expect no disruption in service for our clients who need our contact center services. If you have questions or don’t currently have a redundancy plan in place for your contact center, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to provide any additional information you may need as we navigate this challenging situation together.
