Google the subject of leadership and you will see more than 300 million results. Definitions, traits, quotes, skills, styles. There are probably as many opinions on leadership as there are types of leaders. So what does leadership mean at Centris?
For us, leadership is about people. Our first priority is the customer. Whether they are contacting us to solve a simple problem, or dealing with a complex, highly frustrating issue, our goal is to resolve the question to their utmost satisfaction. There’s a reason our company motto is “We work for Kudos.”
Of equal importance are our employees. At Centris, we are not interested in hiring robots that mindlessly take calls. That’s why our Team Members come from all walks of life: single moms, college students, part time, full time, married, older. Because our staff is made up of human beings, the leaders at Centris take full responsibility for their welfare, both professionally and personally.
