It’s that time of year when we all take stock of our lives, be it personal or professional, and resolve to do better, do more and make things happen.
At Centris, our professional resolutions are something we focus on every day. Because we are taking care of your customers, we want to make sure that we are answering their questions and resolving their issues. Further, we strive to do that in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
You’ll see our motto all over our website: We Work for Kudos. It’s not only a New Year’s resolution; it’s an every day resolution. It’s why our training is so intense. It’s why we are committed to a quality assurance process that reviews customer interaction and provides rewards and feedback. It’s why we have such an arduous process for Custom Service Representatives to move into leadership and supervisory roles.
And while we are serious about our business and your customers, we also offer a fun, interactive environment for our employees. So we asked some of them about their 2015 resolutions, and while many members of our staff are working toward a promotion, and in some cases, a college degree, we also received some unique responses.
As a company that stands behind our employees, we are only too happy to support them in their efforts. And in some cases, we decided to help by not helping:
Oscar E, who runs our Aguascalientes location, says he’d like to grow hair. We took a vote and decided not to help Oscar. No one would recognize him with a full head of hair!
Julio C, who works in IT, would like to stop staring at the women in the gym and actually work out. We’ve ordered Julio a blindfold.
Raul R, a Supervisor, would like to be the world’s best-looking Account Manager. Again after much consideration, we have decided not to assist Raul in this endeavor. We are only human and while at work, we need everyone to focus on the customers. Sorry Raul.
Viviana T, one of our Team Leaders, would like to remember something beyond five minutes. We’re here for you Viviana. Now what was it you needed?
We appreciate all that our employees do – even having fun with their New Year’s resolutions. And we applaud everyone who attempts to improve their life and/or career.
To all, we wish you the best of luck with your resolutions, and a happy and prosperous 2015.
